Talent Forge Sports Management proudly celebrates the remarkable debut season of our client, Joseph Kinful, who has quickly established himself as one of the top centre-backs in the Danish 2nd Division following his move from Bechem United to Ishøj IF last summer.

The 23-year-old Ghanaian defender joined Ishøj IF in 2024, stepping into European football for the first time. In what was Ishøj’s debut campaign in the Danish 2nd Division, Joseph played a central role in the club’s successful push to retain their league status, helping anchor the defense with maturity, strength, and consistency well beyond his years.
Across the season, Kinful earned praise from coaches, analysts, and fans alike for his commanding presence at the back, ability to read the game, and calmness under pressure. His leadership and reliability have not only strengthened Ishøj’s defensive line but also positioned him as one of the standout defenders in the league.

“Joseph has adapted exceptionally well to the demands of European football,” said Freebody Appiah, Director and Agent of Talent Forge Sports Management. “To not only help your team survive their first season in a higher division but to also emerge as one of the best players in your position speaks volumes about his character and ability.”
Joseph’s journey from Ghana’s top flight to one of Denmark’s most competitive divisions is a testament to his determination and quality. With his first season in Europe now behind him, the future looks bright for the powerful centre-back, who continues to attract attention for his performances and potential.
At Talent Forge, we are proud to stand alongside Joseph on this exciting journey and look forward to what’s next in his rising career.
Congratulations, Joseph, on a stellar first season in Denmark!
